Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any verified issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom made, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor variations in color due to screen differences
